You may also go over the impact of the condition on your life and how to adjust emotionally to your situation and the opportunities you have available for a positive Quality of Life.

You will want Dr Warner to be in touch with your primary care provider and any others involved in the specifics of your care so that pertinent issues can be in the forefront of your work together.  You may also involve family members in your care with Dr Warner.  Such supports are always a welcome part of helping improve the well being of a loved one - you!
